It's about time for one of my favorite weeks of the year.  Read an eBook Week  is the one of two times each year when I have a look at a huge number of Free eBooks, and discover new authors, or new books by some authors I may have already found. You see, in addition to being an author, I'm also a reader, and an opportunity like this week to build up my library of eBooks is too good a chance to miss. I especially recommend the   Smashwords  promotion this week, as I've made some great discoveries there in the past. Plus, Smashwords has worldwide coverage, with no regional or country restrictions.  This special week starts Sunday, March 5, 2017, and it all ends at 11:59 pm (Pacific standard time), on Saturday, March 11, 2017! Sacred Water, book 1 (Half Brains) , by Charles Kaluza , free Sacred Water, book 1 of a trilogy, is an adventure saga set in a pre-industrial world where the people face extinction because their only source of iodine, the Sacred Water, is being withheld. With almost ten trillion words published, Smashwords is a really good place to find books to read, and they have a great selection of Free eBooks for Young Adults . Sort by size of book, or date published, or by rating. Looking at the new ones is a good place to start, with a suggestion to look at books of over 20,000 words or 50,000 words. There are some real gems, just waiting to be discovered .
